Label Design: Orange and Yellow Rocket Ship
Target Market: 21+, primarily older college students & young adults
Though it is legal for individuals to vape at age 18, many state governments are working on legislature to push the age to 21.
Catchy Slogan: Go Beyond!
This slogan relates to space and also is a subtle claim that the product is beyond (or better) than your average vape pen.
Packaging Description: The ZoomStick contains 1 rechargeable device, 1 usb charger, 1 pod cartridges* mango flavor 5% strength. 1 year limited device warranty.
*1 ZoomStick pod contains - 0.7mL with 5% nicotine by weight - approximately equivalent to about 1 pack of cigarettes.

Ingredients: glycerol, propylene glycol flavor, nicotine, benzoic acid.
Warning: This product contains nicotine which is highly addictive.
FDCA 906(d) will include a new subsection, 906(d)(5), which states: “Minimum Age of Sale – It shall be unlawful for any retailer to sell a tobacco product to any person younger than 21 years of age.”
Discussion: When creating this product, we understood that making a vape pen that looked like a colorful rocket ship could cause issues in the future as we could be accused of advertising to children by making it look like a toy. In order to combat this, we are putting an age minimum in bold on the packaging (21+) and including in-depth disclosures of ingredients and health warnings on the package and on the website. Our advertisements will be sponsored ads on social media but will only be sponsored to accounts of adolescents 21+. In order to make the name original and fanciful, we made the product name one word.
